How many sessions do I need?

That is really dependent on the individual and his/her needs. Adapting to change and new ways of thinking can be challenging and takes time.

What happens if I have to cancel a coaching session? Will I be charged an additional fee?

I will work with you to develop a schedule that works. Consistency in schedules minimize needing to cancel and creates some stabilization in the randomness of life. I understand that sometimes situations can come up. We would reschedule the session and you will not be charged an additional fee. I do request that if possible, you provide me at least 24 hours notice so I can perform some time management skills of my own.

How long are the sessions?

In-home and virtual coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes.

What type of payment do you take?

I work with Paypal services: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
