Do you take insurance?

While I am credentialed with BCBS PPO and Blue Choice, my practice is primarily self-pay. Insurance companies require a standard session to be 38-50 minutes. They also have restrictions on therapeutic techniques and modalities which can cause gaps in service and treatment, not to mention high deductibles.

As a self-pay client, you have access to the full hour without those restrictions.

How many sessions do I need?

That is really dependent on the individual and his/her needs. Adapting to change and new ways of thinking can be challenging and takes time.

What happens if I have to cancel a coaching session? Will I be charged an additional fee?

I will work with you to develop a schedule that works. Consistency in schedules minimize the need to cancel and creates some stabilization in the randomness of life. I understand that sometimes situations can come up. We would reschedule the session and you will not be charged an additional fee. I do request that if possible, you provide me at least 24 hours notice so I can perform some time management skills of my own.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are typically 60 minutes.

What type of payment do you take?

Cash, Check, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
