Heather’s philosophy on self-improvement is empowering her clients to ask for support and being open to new ways of thinking.
"My high level of dedication in helping others has led some people to tell me that I can’t change the world. Maybe on a global scale that is probably true. However, I have seen that being kind to others and helping them achieve their fullest potential has allowed them to live a healthier and happier way of life which then gets portrayed externally onto others".
In her spare time, Heather enjoys enhancing her primitive survival techniques, hiking, gaming with her kids, and motorcycle riding. She also belongs to the Bikers Against Bullying Club and has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
“You only live once, but if you do it right, one life is all you need. Let’s take this journey together”.
