Do you take insurance?

Yes we do. Insurances include: United Healthcare, BCBS PPO, Cigna, and Aetna. We also offer self-pay and sliding scale options. Contact us for more information.

How many sessions do I need?

That is really dependent on the individual and their needs. Adapting to change and new ways of thinking can be challenging and can take time.

Question 4

What happens if I have to cancel a coaching session? Will I be charged an additional fee?

I will work with you to develop a schedule that works. Consistency in schedules minimize the need to cancel and creates some stabilization in the randomness of life. I understand that sometimes situations can come up. We would reschedule the session and you will not be charged an additional fee. I do request that if possible, you provide me at least 24 hours notice so I can perform some time management skills of my own.

What type of payment do you take?

Cash, Check, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Most forms of payments are conducted through PayPal.
